This project marks the initial acquisition forming the foundation of the Eagle Ford Water Infrastructure Platform. The transaction includes three permitted and operating saltwater disposal (SWD) wells with a combined nameplate capacity of 75,000 barrels per day. The assets were selected based on location, capacity, operator connectivity, and embedded growth potential.
At acquisition, the system was supported by contracted volumes of approximately 47,000 barrels per day, providing immediate and predictable cash flow. Importantly, nearly 28,000 barrels per day of unused permitted capacity remained available, offering near-term organic growth without drilling risk or material incremental capital investment.
This acquisition positions the platform in an undercapitalized basin with limited competitive density and favorable regulatory dynamics. The assets serve as natural hubs for future expansion through both organic volume increases and adjacent bolt-on acquisitions.
The project establishes a scalable, infrastructure-quality foundation designed to support long-term consolidation and value creation across the Eagle Ford Basin.
