Fulcrum partnered with Matador Resources in the Delaware Basin to design, build own and operate Saltwater Disposal Wells and impoundments along with pipelines. The total system was designed as a loop to be able to move was from over capacity to under utilized disposal capacity between the three facilities. Fulcrum formed Fulcrum Delaware Water Management with San Mateo a Matador subsidiary. Water is a precious resource today, and is used in every aspect of the economy. Fulcrum is focused on the efficient use of water to assist the oil & gas industry, power plants and municipalities achieve their goal of sustainability.
