Following the foundational acquisition, the Organic Capacity Commercialization Program focuses on maximizing the utilization of the existing SWD system. With nearly 28,000 barrels per day of unused permitted capacity, the initiative seeks to capture near-term growth and enhance cash flow without incurring major capital expenditures.
The program involves active commercial engagement with operators across the Eagle Ford Basin to secure long-term disposal contracts. Contract terms are structured to balance stability and flexibility, while operational optimization ensures the system can safely accommodate increased volumes. Advanced scheduling, pipeline management, and operational monitoring have been implemented to maximize throughput efficiency and maintain environmental compliance.
This project demonstrates the platform’s ability to generate margin expansion organically, leveraging fixed infrastructure costs to increase EBITDA while mitigating drilling or market risk. By converting unused capacity into revenue, the platform strengthens its financial profile and prepares for subsequent expansion and consolidation initiatives.
The initiative also enhances customer relationships and trust, establishing the platform as a reliable partner for water disposal and management. Long-term, the commercialized capacity serves as a stepping stone for infrastructure optimization, network integration, and potential recycling or reuse applications as the basin’s water management demands evolve.
